Saying goodbye is absolutely rotten, turns out. Especially on cold, blustery, rainy Sunday afternoons. Yesterday my family had a little get-together with some friends down at the bay where we keep our boat. It is really weird saying good bye to so many people all at once. I still haven't really wrapped my brain around the fact that I won't see these friends for many months.
Other then that slight mental breakdown, things are going pretty smoothy. The boat is pretty much ready to take off and the to-do list is constantly shrinking. I think that we will leave the day after tomorrow, if the weather permits!
I finally found your blog! It is great, you are a great writer. You made me cry when I hugged you good-bye. We will all miss you three very much and I'm looking forward to reading this every week!
