I know that it has been ages since I've uploaded pictures, so here are some from our recent travels. You can read my last post for more info on our time exploring coastal Georgia. Enjoy!
....just going for a walk on Jekyll Island...
Armadillo hunting on Cumberland Island... aren't they the cutest ever?!
Plum Orchard mansion on Cumberland Island. Not too shabby...
A street in Savannah.
A sunset over the endless salt water marshes of Georgia.
Mary, The pictures are FABULOUS, Dahling! Especially compared with the dirty-dark December sky we have here, the wind howling and the rain pouring down in buckets. Tell you dear sweet Mom that we got her message and are SO sad to have missed her call... and congrats on seeing wood storks! (Tell her to call again if she ever sees live-in-the-flesh storks, not just ones made of wood!) Sorry we have not commented for a while... we check your blog all the time; it's on our homepage... but sometimes we just get so envious that we can't type! Happy Adventuring! We miss Y'all! Love, Buzz and crew
Buzz, I am glad that you like the pictures! I am so sorry to hear that Vermont's weather is rather bleak. If it's any condolence to you, the weather here in Florida now is twenty degrees and quite windy. And I will pass that along to my mom! She gets great joy from trying to identify large, exotic looking birds... Happy Holidays, Stay warm! Love, Mary and crew
